For the purposes of your self reflective learning after the training, your participation as an appraiser on day 2 will be video recorded via Teams (as outlined in the application form).
The recordings are designed as a learning resource for you (in the appraiser role) to review and reflect upon. this is expected of all participants to ensure everyone has the same opportunity to reflect and study accordingly.
Only your fellow participants (and tutors) will have access to the videos in your breakout group, no one else will have access.
All video recordings will be deleted automatically after 8 weeks (when the whole Teams setup is deleted).
For transparency we have included the assessment criteria in which tutors will assess participants' readiness to take on the appraiser role. You may wish to review this for your own reflection and consider your own readiness.
