If your enquiries relate to SOAR logins, please use the SOAR Login Request form, which will forward your request to your Health Board's Local Administration team.
You can reset your login by requesting to unlock your account. SOAR will send an email to the registered email address on the account with an active link (time limited) to reset the login details.

If you have a previous helpdesk ticket, but wish to contact us with a new query, please DO NOT reply to the old ticket, send a new email to SOAR@nes.scot.nhs.uk. If you reply to an old ticket, any other people who were copied into that ticket will receive the same message from your new query.
