As part of module 3 (PDP and Form 4) participants are asked to review a simulated appraisal discussion (of a significant event), draft a mini From 4 based on this, and compare it against an example provided for their own reflective learning, with a view to discussing this with fellow participants and tutors whilst attending the New Appraiser training.
