Our Refresher Appraiser training day is run over a half-day period, either in the morning or the afternoon. Below is the outline of the programme and the timings. Participants will be allocated to either the AM or PM sessions but not both. Please double check your allocation first before consulting the sessions times below.

An optional workbook has been provided for you as an aide-mémoire to note down your thoughts and reflections. You can refer to it on the training day during the small and large group discussions.
