New Appraiser - Remote delivery

Allocated participants are asked to complete the pre-course modules prior to attending the two half-days training.

Key points to remote delivery:

All small and large group exercises are discussions-based (on pre-course modules)
There is no talking through slides (all part of pre-course work)
Breakouts are created by NES Admin via meetings in channels
