SOAR and WASP messaging issues [RESOLVED]


Dear colleagues,

Some of you have reported in the last week or so an issue where SOAR notifications were not being sent.  This was due to an issue with email services which inadvertently impacted several NES applications.  The web teams have now fixed this so all SOAR notifications are now delivered as per normal.

This also impacted the WASP MSF messaging system where rater emails also failed - this too is now resolved.

If you initiated a new MSF since 13th July and your raters say they did not receive any invites, the system will send the automated reminders in due course. Alternatively, you can manually trigger this as well.

You will notice that the auto messages will now come from an email called SOAR@nes.digital - please do not reply or send emails to this address, it is not a monitored account and only used to facilitate automated system emails.  To contact the helpdesk please use either:
