Dear colleagues,
Some of you have reported in the last week or so an issue where SOAR notifications were not being sent. The issue was due to an issue with the NSS email service which has inadvertently impacted several NES applications. The web teams have now managed to resolve this so hopefully you should all receive SOAR notifications as per normal.
The issue where WASP is not sending emails to raters is still being worked on. It works ok when emailing Gmail or Yahoo or Outlook etc, just now to NHS email addresses. The teams are still working on this and we will update via SOAR news alerts systems as soon as we have an update.
