Below is a number of video learning resources developed to aid the continued development of appraisers working in Scotland. They were recorded for the purposes of facilitating learners discussions at the Medical Appraisal Scotland appraiser training courses.
They are designed as learning tools to stimulate discussions rather than prime examples.
The appraisees and appraisers on the clips are roleplaying. The material portrayed does not relate to any actual appraisal interviews but is based on the roleplayers' experience of appraisal gained over a number of years. Any similarity with others' experience is entirely coincidental.
