Dispute Resolution: Managing Conflicts

A one-hour workshop focussing on dispute resolution techniques, including mediation skills and interest-based negotiation. The session will be interactive, providing the opportunity to trial some of the techniques discussed.

Objectives:
By the end of the session participants will:

• Have an increased awareness of different dispute resolution techniques.
• Have considered the application of these techniques in a medical appraisal context.
• Have had an opportunity to practice some of the techniques described.
