Patient Surveys

Patient Surveys

Contact Health Board Admin for further support

Patient Surveys, also known as Patient Feedback, and Patient Satisfaction Questionnaires (PSQ), are organised locally by the Health Board, so we (NES) have no involvement with this.

Unlike MSF, there is no centralised electronic PSQ setup in Scotland.  Each Health Board has its own procedures, protocols and questionnaire.  It would be counter-productive for us to advise on this. You are best to contact the local team for further assistance.

Trainee doctors should contact regional Deanery teams for advice and assistance.

If you are a GP, further information on Patient Surveys can be found in our Toolkits section.

For all doctors employed by NHS Lothian, there is an electronic PSQ available for local use.  Please visit the health board resources page for more details.
